The Conference Center offers a broad array of options for youth, adult, and family non-profit groups who seek rest, and renewal in a natural community atmosphere. Situated in a beautiful natural setting, the Conference Center is set apart from the distractions of modern life.
With nearly 450 beds in motel, lodge, and cabin style facilities, the Conference Center offers tremendous opportunities for almost any group. In addition to almost a dozen different meeting spaces, the Conference Center offers a Prayer Chapel and an Outdoor Amphitheatre overlooking Port Susan Bay and Camano Island, with some of the most picturesque summer sunsets. Open 24 hours a day, the Prayer Chapel is open for anyone seeking solitude and a time for reflection. Seating around 250 people, the Outdoor Amphitheatre is the largest of three campfire gathering areas at the Conference Center.

Relax in the Motel-Style comfort of Olympic View Lodge. It's the perfect facility for Adult Conferences and Family Camps. Each of the 24 rooms has a private bath, a queen size bed and a single day bed with trundle. Many rooms overlook Port Susan Bay and the Olympic mountain range. Linen service is included with daily towel exchange.
Cascadian Lodge is the perfect facility for groups that want to focus on fellowship, community or team building. Cascadian provides a comfortable, economic environment for your next event. The charming ambiance of the Cascadian Lodge meeting room, with its panoramic windows and fireplace enhances the conference or retreat experience.
Located near the recreation fields and beach trail, Glacier and Whistler Mini-lodges offer outstanding dorm-style value. Comfortable wooden bunk beds, indoor bathrooms, and a central meeting room provide all the lodge-style convenience your group needs as well as the community dynamics that make a retreat experience worthwhile.
The deluxe Mt. Baker Village offers flexibility that is unmatched by any other facility. With seven cabins connected by sidewalks and decks, the Mt. Baker Village is an excellent family or dorm style facility. Each cabin has four sleeping rooms and most have a connecting deck. Each Room has a queen bed, four bunk-style singles, and private restrooms.
The Mountain Cabins offer rustic camping at its best. Six individual bunk house style cabins are the most economical facility at the conference center. You get to enjoy the same great meals and recreational opportunities as the other conference center guest, at a price that can't be beat.
A configuration of 6 cabins reside adjacent to the Glacier and Whistler Mini-Lodges.
