Team Building takes time and intentional effort to bring about lasting results. Issues of trust, respect, and communication need to be continuously examined for teams to function at their peak level. Understanding, mutual appreciation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution play a critical role in helping individuals function as team members working together toward a common mission.
A Challenge Course experience combines an appropriate amount of group and individual challenge elements that create a context for individuals to bond as a cohesive, supportive team. Through careful debriefing following each exercise, team members will gain greater empathy, mutual respect, trust, and enhanced communication. All of these foundational qualities play a critical role in helping teams reach their potential.
